Partner FAQs

How does Cool Culture work with educators to reach families?

Cool Culture partners with 380+ early education programs and Title I schools throughout the five boroughs to provide cultural opportunities to economically challenged families.

Each of our early education partners designates an individual to serve as a Cultural Liaison. Liaisons may be a teacher, social worker or program director who serves as a source of information about our cultural partners, and works with their staff team to create excitement about the program and to inspire parents to make cultural visits with their children.

What do participating families receive?

Families receive the Cool Culture Family Pass, which provides free admission for one year to 90 of NYC's cultural institutions. Families also receive Cool Culture's cultural marketing materials which include a subscription Family Time and e-Family Time, as well as an invitation to special events and programs throughout the program year.

How does partnership help me to reach Cool Culture families?

Cool Culture reaches its participating families through our cultural marketing materials— Family Time, e-Family Time, as well as our website and by working with our Cultural Liaison Network.

Our cultural marketing materials highlight partner events, exhibitions and family focused programming for participating families.
